Stella Bella Shiraz is primarily grown in the gravelly loams of their Forest Grove vineyard, a southern Margaret River site surrounded by karri and marri tree forests.

A portion of the fruit is handpicked for use in whole bunch fermentation. The ferments occur quickly at warm temperatures, ensuring the wine spends a relatively short time on skins (around one week).

Once pressed, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in new and seasoned French oak.

Dark red, Stella Bella Shiraz is medium bodied with dark fruit flavours, subtle spice, fine tannins and a fresh acid drive. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
